Sridevi moves court for stay against bailable warrant
MUMBAI: Noted Bollywood actress Sridevi on Friday moved a court in Mumbai seeking stay of a bailable warrant issued against her by a lower court in a cheque bouncing case.
The sessions court will hear her application on Monday. Earlier, the Kurla Metropolitan Magistrate court had issued a bailable warrant against the actress for not appearing in a cheque bouncing case filed against her by two businessmen.
