Bollywood Actress Shilpa Shetty Hosts Indian Brother
Shilpa Shetty, a Bollywood actress, will host an Indian version of the reality show “Celebrity Big Brother,” Reuters reported. Ms. Shetty was the unexpected winner of the British program last year after many viewers complained that she had been racially abused on the show. Ms. Shetty’s experience, which was covered extensively in the British press, prompted one sponsor to pull its advertising. In India, where it is called “Bigg Boss,” the program was first shown in 2006.
