Yeah I know she is not technically Bollywood, but "Tollywood" actress Arthi Puri (sometimes listed as Aarthi Poori) has some of the most beautiful eyes I have ever seen.

She has appeared in Hindi, Telugu, Bhojpuri, English and Punjabi Films.
Arthi was born on February 13, (just missing Valentines Day)1983 in Mumbai, Maharashtra,India.
