She is a model, actress, television personality and MTV VJ (back when MTV India first started its operations).
Her sister is another Bollywood actress that you may have heard of, Amrita Arora.
Malaika made her acting debut in the 1993 film, Aaja Meri Jaan, and has gone on to appear in over thirteen films and TV shows.
In addition to films, she has appeared on the dance, reality-television series Nach Baliye, Zara Nachke Dikha, Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa and the Star Plus reality show, Lux Perfect Bride.
Malaika has also been a judge on season 5,6 and 7 of India's Got Talent.
