She is an actress, model and she was a 2004 Femina Miss India Semi-Finalist.
Mugdha started out in modeling, then moved into music videos and commercials, then into film where she made her debut in the 2008 Bollywood film Fashion.
The film also starred two more Bollywood beauties, Priyanka Chopra and Kangana Ranaut.
Mugdha has appeared in fourteen films, the last one being Ishq Ne Krazy Kiya Re (2015).
